How to Cancel Your TrackNotion Trial or Account

 

You can easily manage your TrackNotion subscription or trial directly within the application. Follow the steps below to cancel your free trial or a paid subscription.

Step 1: Log in to Your TrackNotion Account

First, navigate to the TrackNotion application login page and sign in to your account: https://app.tracknotion.com/login

Step 2: Access Your Billing Settings

Once logged in:

  • Look for your Account or Settings menu, usually located in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Billing or Subscription section.

Step 3: Cancel Your Trial or Subscription

In the Billing/Subscription section, you should find an option to manage your plan:

 

To cancel your Trial: 

 

If you are on a free trial, look for an option to Cancel Trial. This action will prevent you from being automatically charged when the trial period ends. 

 

To cancel a Paid Subscription: 

 

Select the option to Cancel Subscription or Change Plan and follow the on-screen prompts to terminate your paid service.

What Happens After You Cancel?

  • Trial Cancellation: If you cancel your free trial, you will typically maintain access to the trial features until the end of the original trial period.
  • Subscription Cancellation: If you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing cycle for which you have already paid. You will not be charged again on the next renewal date.
